These terms apply when you use lambandewe.com or buy from us. Please read them before ordering.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or replaces those rights.

If a product has a major problem, you're entitled to choose a refund, a replacement or compensation for the drop in value. If the problem is minor, we may choose to repair, replace or refund it. See our Refund Policy for how to contact us.

Pricing and orders

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

We take care with our pricing, but occasionally an error occurs. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we'll contact you before doing anything. You can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We won't charge you the higher amount without asking.

Once an order is confirmed we may not be able to change, combine or cancel it, particularly where a personalised item has gone into production. Email support@lambandewe.com as soon as you can and we'll help where we're able to.

We may decline an order where we can't supply the item, where the order appears fraudulent, or where a personalised request is offensive or infringes someone else's rights.

Personalised items

Personalised items are made individually using the details you provide. Please check your spelling and capitalisation before ordering, as we don't send proofs before production.

By ordering a personalised item you confirm you have the right to use the name or text you've supplied, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's trademark or copyright.

Using this website

The content of this site, including text, images, graphics and code, belongs to Lamb&Ewe or is licensed to us. You're welcome to view it, and to print or save parts of it for your own personal use or to place an order.

Please don't copy, republish or use our content commercially without asking us first. The Lamb&Ewe name and logo are our trademarks.

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Links to other sites

We sometimes link to other websites for your convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices. If you find a broken or unhelpful link, let us know.

Social media

If you tag @lamb.and.ewe or use #lambandewe, we may ask to share your photo. We'll always ask before using it in our own marketing, and you're free to say no.

To the extent the law allows, and without limiting your consumer guarantee rights above, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Queensland, though this doesn't affect your right to take a matter to a tribunal or consumer body in your own state or territory.
