We offer shipping in Australia & New Zealand. Unfortunately we do not offer shipping to any other countries at this time. All orders are sent via Sendle or Australia Post. Tracking details will be provided to you via the email you have provided once a shipping label has been created.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 18/12/23-10/2/23 WILL BE DISPATCHED FROM 27/01/2023 ON A FIRST IN, FIRST OUT BASIS. USUAL DISPATCH TIMES DON’T APPLY. ALL EMAILS WILL BE RESPONDED TO ONCE WE RETURN.
All orders are dispatched within 5 business days with the exception of personalised orders. Possible 1-2 business day delays with dispatch during busy holiday periods (Christmas, Boxing Day, New Years And Easter).
Personalised orders can take up to 10 business days to prepare before dispatch. If your order contains personalised products all products within the order will be dispatched together in the same delivery.
Domestic orders will be delivered within approximately 1-6 business days after dispatch as advised by Sendle. Shipping times for orders sent via Australia Post may vary due to delays.
Lamb&Ewe are not responsible for any late deliveries however if your delivery is not received within the estimated time frame please contact us and we will contact Sendle or Australia Post on your behalf.
SANTA SACK PRE-ORDER (OCTOBER) - All orders containing a Pre-Order Santa Sack will be delivered once product is fulfillable.
INCORRECT ADDRESS OR RETURNED UNDELIVERED
If the parcel is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect delivery address provided by you, or if the parcel is returned to Lamb&Ewe as undelivered you will be required to pay for the postage costs to resend your order.
If you choose not to arrange redelivery we will deduct a handling fee of $9.99 plus the original cost of shipping (amount that it costs us to ship the order to you, not the shipping fee you were charged) from the total order value. We will refund the remaining amount back to the payment method originally used.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR DELIVERY
You can find the tracking ID for your delivery in the shipping confirmation email we send to you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order by either clicking the link in the email or via the Sendle website here.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email in 5 business days please feel free to contact us
as you may have accidentally provided us with an incorrect email address or due to other technical issues.
SUMMARY OF SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
- Orders will be packed and arranged for dispatch within 5 business days.
- Tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been arranged for dispatch.
- Dispatch delays may occur for orders placed over the weekend, public holidays, during sales or busy holiday periods, when a new product is released and unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping pricing excludes Wholesale orders (pricing will be provided upon reviewing your order).
Once your order has been shipped, Lamb&Ewe can accept no responsibility for delivery delay of your package. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. All orders will be delivered via signature on delivery, if nobody is home to receive it, the parcel will be dropped off at your local authorised Sendle or Australia Post newsagent or similar unless otherwise requested by the buyer.
